We have organized our delivery areas into zones for efficient service:

Zone 1 - Lagos Mainland & Island

Includes: Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Lekki Phase 1, Ikeja, Surulere, Yaba, Maryland, Gbagada, Magodo

• Standard Delivery: 1-2 business days
• Express Delivery: Same day or next day

Zone 2 - Greater Lagos

Includes: Ajah, Sangotedo, Ibeju-Lekki, Epe, Badagry, Ikorodu, Agege, Oshodi

• Standard Delivery: 2-3 business days
• Express Delivery: Next day (subject to availability)

Zone 3 - Other Nigerian States

All other states across Nigeria

• Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days
• Express Delivery: 2-4 business days (major cities only)

3. Delivery Times

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed before 12:00 PM on business days are typically processed the same day.

Business Days

Delivery times are calculated in business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are processed the next business day.

Made-to-Order Items

Custom and made-to-order items have longer processing times. You will be notified of the estimated completion date at the time of order. Typical timelines:

• Custom Furniture: 2-4 weeks
• Made-to-Measure Curtains: 1-2 weeks
• Special Orders: Varies (confirmed at checkout)

Delays

While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to:

• High order volumes during peak seasons
• Adverse weather conditions
• Incomplete or incorrect address information
• Recipient unavailability

We will notify you of any significant delays and work to resolve issues promptly.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on delivery zone and order weight/size:

Large Items (Furniture, Mattresses)

Furniture and mattress delivery costs are calculated individually based on item size and delivery location. Costs typically range from ₦10,000 to ₦50,000 within Lagos.

We offer free shipping under the following conditions:

7. Furniture Delivery

Furniture delivery includes special handling to ensure your items arrive safely:

• Placement in your room of choice (ground floor)

Additional Services (Extra Fee)

• Assembly of flat-pack furniture
• Delivery above ground floor (stair/elevator carry)
• Old furniture removal and disposal
• Wall mounting and installation

Before Delivery

• Measure doorways, hallways, and staircases
• Clear the delivery path
• Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery
• Inspect items before signing the delivery receipt

8. International Shipping

We currently focus on domestic shipping within Nigeria. However, we can arrange international shipping for select items on request.
